Every Result Comes With a Reason to Call

The finder sorts businesses with no website to the top, then tells you what is wrong with the rest.

No website

Nothing on the Listing

The business has no website at all. The easiest demo to show, because anything beats nothing.

A Facebook or Yelp Page

The listing points to a social or directory page instead of a site of their own.

We load the site and list what is wrong, in plain words you can say on the phone.

Lead Finder Questions

What does the lead finder show?

Pick a city and state or a 5 digit ZIP, and a trade. You get up to 100 local businesses, no website first. Each one shows its rating, review count and website status. No website, social page only, poor or OK.

Where do the businesses come from?

First from our own trade directories, 25,538 listings today. When a place has fewer than 10 listings, or you ask for it, we also run a live Google Maps search for you. You get 10 live searches a day.

What makes a website poor?

We load the site and look for the basics. No HTTPS, not set up for phones, slow or failing to load, a parked or placeholder page, a copyright year more than 3 years old, or no tap to call link. Each poor site lists its reasons.

Which trades can I search?

Auto repair, roofing, electricians, locksmiths, plumbing, HVAC, garage doors, towing and appliance repair.

Can two sellers chase the same business?

No. When a seller adds a business to their list, it shows as taken to other sellers for 30 days, unless it is marked won or lost.

Does adding a business use one of my builds?

No. Adding to your list is free. A build is used only when you run the audit and build the demo. Your plan includes 15 a month, plus 15 more for every client you sign up.

Will I see businesses that asked not to be contacted?

No. Our clients and businesses that asked not to be contacted never show in the finder.
