These terms cover w3bsiter.com, run by Supercanic LLC of Long Beach, CA. Using the site or applying means you agree to them.
Applying Is Not a Contract
An application is a request to join. It does not make you a reseller, an employee or an agent of Supercanic LLC. If we accept you, you sign a separate reseller agreement, and that agreement controls.
The Split
Under the program, clients pay Supercanic LLC. The seller finds and closes the business. Clickflame does the marketing, which means the website, work to rank the business on Google and lead generation. The seller earns 50% of what the client pays and Supercanic LLC keeps 50%, monthly, for as long as the client pays. On pay per call and pay per lead campaigns, the seller's split is set per campaign and told to the seller before they sell it. If a seller's account carries a monthly fee for the tools, it is quoted before they start. Payouts are made by Supercanic LLC after the client's payment clears, on the schedule in the reseller agreement.
No Income Promise
We make no promise about what any seller will earn. Examples on this site are arithmetic, not forecasts.
Honest Selling
Sellers may not promise rankings, results or prices we have not agreed to, and may not pose as Supercanic LLC staff. Audit numbers are true on the day they are run and can change.
The Data on This Site
The counts on this site come from our own systems and are shared as is, as of the date shown. You may quote them with the date and a link to the page.
Limits
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Supercanic LLC is not liable for indirect or lost profit damages from using it.
